Hey, new grads! Starting a career can be daunting, especially in a bustling outpatient therapy clinic. That's why we developed our **16-week mentorship program** to accelerate the professional development of physical therapy graduates. This program is designed to accelerate the professional development of recently graduated physical therapists, enabling them to provide a best-in-class experience for their patients and build a successful foundation with the Alliance PTP network.
Our **in-person CORE Program** offers clinic, group, and regional directors a chance to engage in formal and self-directed learning, MedBridge courses, and peer group activities. This blend of formal and informal learning supports leadership growth at all experience levels. Investing in our team through these programs is integral to our success.
