Excel Rehab in Northshore is truly one of a kind. I’ve turned to this team every time I’ve had an injury or something to work through and they never disappoint. From the moment you walk in, Kendall greets you with so much warmth that you immediately feel at home. Most recently, I was treated for TMJ and Danielle was truly my healer. She took the time to listen, understand what I was experiencing and guide me through each step with so much care and patience. The relief I’ve felt has been incredible. What makes Excel so special is the entire team. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows in everything they do. You’re never just another appointment on the schedule. You feel supported, encouraged and cared for every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Danielle, Kendall and the entire Excel Rehab family. I've used Excel Rehab on the Chattaniiga Northshore to rehab my shoulder 20 months ago. My experience and outcome was so positive that I had Excel Northshore help rehab both knees over the last 8 months. My PT for all 3 rehabs was Johnny. He was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He made rehab as enjoyable as it could be considering the unavoidable pain that comes from physical therapy! My shoulder rehab was a complete success and both knees are improving daily. The entire Northshore team was very professional and made the atmosphere fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Excel Northshore for any PT needs. I've been extremely impressed with the professionalism of this practice. Danielle listened and asked questions about the history of my injury so that I felt heard and understood.  When you're in pain and wondering how to get out of it, it really helps to have someone pay attention and then confirm it for you when she lays her hands on you.  The exercises she's taught me have started helping to the point I now have hope in fully recovering (I thought I was sliding into the dark hole of old age and poor health).  Along with this wonderful success, the atmosphere at Excel is so light and airy.  I enjoy the friendly banter among the staff and patients.  I have had a wonderful experience at Excel.

If you want a place that not only helps you heal, but teaches you how to stay strong even after PT, Excel is the place for you. They truly care about their patients and celebrate their progress. My experience at Excel has been an necessary experience. I had a stroke  about 5 years ago and my arm and hand wasn't doing as they should. I was referred to Excel and what a difference. Johnny Case is my therapist and now he has my arm and hand moving in a better way. He has an attitude of what you need and how to get you there. Excel will always be my choice.

Great 3 visits to this place so far. The staff is all very helpful and work together well. Adrianna is my therapist and she is informative and helpful with aiming to thaw my frozen shoulder. Best facility in town. I started therapy at another facility and was not happy with the physical therapy  treatment that I was getting.  I knew that the first 6-8 weeks after full knee replacement surgery was critical so I was extremely concerned.  My husband found EXCEL on a walk and I started therapy there.  Not only did Jeremy catch me up, he had me had me ahead of schedule with his hands on therapy.  The staff there is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Started at Excel in June after a neck injury. I was referred to a neurosurgeon due to the injury turning into something possibly more and was terrified. Going until PT each week and getting to spend time with their awesome staff is the only thing that was helping me through that time. 3 months and a few days later and I am graduating good as before. I am so thankful for their staff thinking of things I could do to help my neck but also work towards returning to play in my sport. Will never go to another PT facility, only excel!

I came in with a very painful hip about in tears until I met Daniel P. She gave me my hope back and is helping to recover from my injuries. Recovering from a back injury 6 weeks prior, Danielle found the specific muscle spot in <10 minutes! Incredible, had gone to 2 doctors before and they didn’t identify this spot Payton and Bess also helped me with practicing different exercises and correcting me! I started going to Excel for therapy after rotator cuff surgery in October 2024. This was my first time ever going to PT and I was not sure at all what to expect. What I found were some of the nicest folks - who treated you like family. Danielle was an incredible physical therapist and great to work with, and Bess and the supportive staff were wonderful as well.
